We currently ship throughout the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99.

Canada Shipping
Shipping is available to Canada. All applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout, with no additional fees due upon delivery.
We offer free standard shipping on Canada orders over $150 CAD.

Processing Time
Please allow 4–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
During launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at Team@herawears.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
